Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Premium service

ApplyNext Premium is a digital service priced at ₹499. It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, and does not auto-renew. Premium access is activated immediately after your payment is successfully verified by Cashfree Payments.

By completing the purchase, you acknowledge that Premium features are delivered instantly and that you have read and understood this no-refund policy.

2. No refunds

Because Premium is delivered instantly and unlocks digital content, all Premium purchases are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds for change of mind, dissatisfaction with AI-generated suggestions, job match results, test scores, market conditions, or any other reason, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

3. No outcome guarantee

Payment of ₹499 does not guarantee a job, interview or any specific career outcome. ApplyNext provides tools and suggestions to support your job search only.

4. Cancellation

Since Premium is a one-time purchase, there is no recurring subscription to cancel. You may stop using the Premium features at any time. If you wish to delete your account and associated data, please contact support.

5. Payment processor

All payments are processed securely by Cashfree Payments. ApplyNext does not collect or store your card, UPI, wallet or net-banking details. Any payment-related disputes must also be raised with Cashfree through your bank or payment provider.
