1. About the service
Apply Next (operated as ApplyNext) is a career-support platform that helps job seekers improve their applications. Our tools include free resume scoring, AI-powered resume analysis and improvement, job matching, coding practice, interview preparation, and application tracking. We also offer a Premium tier priced at ₹499 that unlocks additional features.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 16 years old to use ApplyNext. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information, especially in resumes and job application materials.
3. Premium access
ApplyNext Premium is a one-time payment of ₹499. It is not a subscription and does not auto-renew. After a successful payment processed by Cashfree Payments, you receive immediate access to:
- Personalized job matches.
- AI-optimized, ATS-friendly resume generation.
- Detailed resume improvement suggestions.
- Professional PDF resume download.
- Expanded practice tests and company-specific preparation.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload false, misleading or fraudulent resume information.
- Scrape, reverse-engineer or abuse the platform.
- Interfere with other users or attempt to bypass authentication or limits.
- Use ApplyNext for any unlawful purpose.
5. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of your resume and any content you upload. ApplyNext owns the platform code, design, AI prompts and generated templates. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform for your personal job-search purposes.
6. Disclaimers
ApplyNext provides suggestions and tools to support your job search. We do not guarantee interviews, job offers or specific outcomes. AI-generated advice should be reviewed for accuracy before use. We are not a placement agency, recruiter or legal adviser.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, fraud, or activities that harm the platform. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, the courts located in India.
